Refund Policy

At Fizzy Riot, we want you to love your jewellery! While we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we do accept exchanges and replacements for faulty or damaged items.

Returns & Exchanges

✔ Exchange Available – Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery if returned in original, unworn condition.
✔ Faulty or Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
✖ No Returns on Earrings – For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.
✖ Final Sale Items – Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

📩 Email us at hello@lisamartin.design with your order number, photos of the item (if faulty), and reason for return.
📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for faulty products and will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
