At Fizzy Riot, we’re all about getting your sparkly treasures to you as quickly and safely as possible! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping options, processing times, and delivery details.

Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Where We Ship

🚀 Australia-Wide Shipping – We deliver across Australia, including metro, regional, and remote areas.
🌏 International Shipping – We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Contact us at hello@lisamartin.design for availability and rates.

 

Shipping Options & Costs

Australia

  • Standard Shipping – $9.95 AUD (FREE on orders over $80 AUD) | 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping – $15.95 AUD (FREE on orders over $150 AUD) | 1–3 business days

International

  • Shipping rates vary depending on the country and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

  • Tracking Details: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct! We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Areas: 3–5 business days (Standard) | 1–2 business days (Express)

  • Regional Areas: 5–7 business days (Standard) | 2–3 business days (Express)

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days

🚨 Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, public holidays, or postal delays.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first.

  • If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us at hello@lisamartin.design, and we’ll assist in locating your parcel.

  • Fizzy Riot is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

 

International Orders – Customs & Duties

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees required for customs clearance.

  • Delays caused by customs inspections are out of our control.

 

Pre-Orders & Backorders

For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page. If an item is backordered, we will notify you of expected shipping times.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    • Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they have been shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

    • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us ASAP at [Insert Email]. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

 

Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Non-Collection

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have it resent.

  • Alternatively, you may request a refund, minus the original shipping fee.
